• What’s eligible for return: Because our products are custom-made, we only accept returns of products that arrive damaged or that are otherwise defective.  

• Acceptable return condition: We only accept returned items in a pristine condition: clean and undamaged.

• Return deadlines: We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of purchase. 

• Refund policy: We offer credit card refunds.

• Refund processing time: Customers can expect their refund within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise.

• Exchange policy: Because our creations are custom-made, we do not offer exchange.
